can we have a survey as a first post, especially if it's detailed? i know someone was considering using a 500 question one.

you guys are going to have rules against shit like unnatural hair colors, tons of tats/piercings, etc right? because most every private school in the country does somewhere in their dress/conduct code

of course, we want to keep this as realistic as possible so we won't be letting anyone in like that

i am just wondering if the school has some kind of dress code and all that like uniforms and what not? i didn't see it mentioned anywhere and was just curious. oh and would that include weird piercings, tattoos, and unnaturally colored hair?

yes there will be a dress code, no excessive tattoos/piercings and unnatural hair color is not allowed

we would love to get them done over the weekend, but it all depends on when people start applying

small children wouldn't be allowed to live in dorms and there isn't a nursery on the school grounds so no it'd probably be better to not have a child

you are more than welcome to pick a house and a roommate you'd like to have before adds, but if you'd rather not we will pick for you

this question is probably really lame, but how old are dorm parents allowed to be?

that's not a dumb question at all! we would prefer them to at least be 30 years old

mod, it might be a good idea to put up either an application deadline for first adds or at least say something like "adds will be done with 20 apps" because a lot of people still pimping are just dillydallying because we don't know when adds will be or even if they WILL ever be. a lot of mods that leave up the "tba" message a long time end up just not opening the comm and i think it's discouraging applicants. there's still lots of buzz and people working on things though, so don't give up!

there is no limit considering there are some students who have been at the school 3 or 4 years so it would make sense for them to know a lot of people
