 breann margeaux plante was born to george arkwright and mary ellen plante on december 18th 1985 in the middle of one of the largest snowstorms that colorado would ever know. it was a nightmare and a half getting mary ellen to the hospital, as she was ready to go into labor in the car! alas, george managed to have her there safely, and hours later, she delivered breann. bre didn't scream, she didn't cry nearly half as much as the other babies born on that day, and she never fussed. a perfect little angel, so mary ellen would call her daughter. she remained that way since birth, unfortunately. quiet, shy, and easy going. when bre was just merely two, george and mary ellen divorced, and mary ellen gained full custody of bre, without visitation rights. bre never came to know her father, not enough to get close to him. she loved everyone by nature, so running over to him and saying 'daddy' with a huge smile on her face was easy. by the time she was four, mary ellen had remarried kenneth spencer, one of her coworkers whom she easily fell in love with. bre only came to know ken as her dad, even though he was her step father, and she knew that he wasn't her biological father. she didn't mind though! bre grew closer to him than she ever would. mary ellen, on the other hand, was a piece of work. she set specific rules for bre at a very young age, and expected her to obey and follow through with them until she was old enough to move out. she wasn't allowed to date until she was sixteen, she wasn't allowed to socialize with boys that weren't family friends, she wasn't allowed to drink, she wasn't allowed to get her license until she was eighteen, she wasn't allowed to wear skirts, she wasn't allowed to wear anything that revealed skin. her mother was strict, and she was all bre had, so of course, she had to follow her mother's insane rules. mary ellen kept bre inside this wealthy little bubble, and for years, bre never tried to break free. until now. when she was twenty one, bre and her best friend, vivyenne price, found an adorable condo to live in together. she thought it was the perfect chance to get out of her mother's bubble and to experience life.
